The store

DESPITE. sells apparel and accessories. We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and products may look slightly different in person. We may update the catalog, prices, and availability at any time without notice.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Don’t share your account or let others place orders through it. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the offer when we email you an order confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if stock is unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after charging you, we’ll refund the full amount.

Prices are in US dollars and don’t include shipping or taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and other methods available through Shopify Checkout.

Shipping & returns

Lead times and shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees. Our return window and conditions are described in our Shipping + Returns policy. Terms there are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The DESPITE. name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and all content on this site belong to DESPITE. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or branding without written permission. Patches and graphics are our original work.

Use of the site

Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, abusive, or that could harm us or others. Don’t attempt to access systems you aren’t authorized to use, scrape content, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Limitation of liability

DESPITE. is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where DESPITE. is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
