Shipping

We ship from the US. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches and restocks, processing may take a little longer — we’ll tell you in the order confirmation if that’s the case.

• US standard: 3–6 business days, $6 flat. Free on orders over $100.
• US expedited: 2–3 business days, $14.
• Canada: 6–10 business days, $16.
• International: 10–21 business days, $24. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tall-inseam sweatpants (32″ / 34″ / 36″) may ship separately and arrive a day or two after the rest of your order.

Tracking

You’ll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking the moment your package ships. If you don’t see it, check spam, then reach us at hello@weardespite.com.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in their original condition. Patches and drinkware are final sale.

• How to return: Email us at hello@weardespite.com with your order number. We’ll send a return label and instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Shipping is non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order — that’s the fastest way to get the piece you want.
• Defective or wrong item: If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, email us with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, patches, and drinkware can’t be returned or exchanged.
