Returns + Exchanges

Eligibility

DESPITE. accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage may not be accepted.

Returns

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund when a DESPITE. prepaid return label is used.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Your first size exchange is free, subject to availability.

Final Sale

Items clearly marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Limited Editions & First 50 Gifts

Limited-edition items are returnable unless specifically marked Final Sale. Complimentary promotional items must be returned with the qualifying purchase. If the gift is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Gift Cards

DESPITE. gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we got something wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear.
